Naïma Laraki M.Sc., MCAC
Master Certified ADHD Coach (MCAC)
In 2007, I left the business world to follow my passion for helping others. As a successful leader, I supervised teams and led with purpose, but I realized my true calling was to support others in a more personal way. Living with ADHD—and with many family members also affected—I know firsthand how challenging it can be. For years, I struggled with ADHD without understanding the root cause of what I was experiencing. This personal journey drives my commitment to helping others transform their challenges into strengths.
I’ve had the privilege of living in many countries and regions of the World (Morocco, Canada, Middle East, South Africa) and working with clients from diverse backgrounds, beliefs, and values. I deeply enjoy connecting with each of my client’s heart to heart, creating a compassionate and understanding environment where they feel truly seen and supported.
My Mission:
To support individuals with ADHD – leader, professional, entrepreneur, executive, university student, or young adult – in uncovering their strengths, overcoming challenges, and thriving in all aspects of life.
My Vision:
A world where ADHD is seen not as a limitation but as a gateway to unique strengths and success, allowing individuals to flourish personally and professionally.
My values
I believe every person is whole and complete, with the potential to thrive. With compassion and a deep understanding of ADHD, I guide my clients to uncover their strengths, make choices aligned with their values, and build resilience. Together, we move from overwhelm to clarity, fostering growth and empowerment in every step.
My Core Values:
- Inner Wisdom and Confidence – Helping clients tap into their potential and build the confidence to shape their own path.
- Compassion – Offering kind, non-judgmental support that ensures clients feel understood and accepted.
- Empowerment through Choice – Providing optional tools like mindfulness to help clients make decisions that work best for their unique journey.
- Respect – Honoring each person’s ADHD experience with dignity and care.
- Integrity – Building honest, trusting relationships that create a safe space for growth.
- Collaboration – Co-creating strategies with clients, empowering them to take charge of their success.
