Coping with Stress and Burnout Through Heart and Breath
As stress management coach and mentor, I help my clients develop resilience in order to achieve balance and well-being. Adverse life situations result in feelings of being overwhelmed, draining one’s energy. Together, we develop coping skills to reduce stress and anxiety, and restore vitality. The goal is to live a serene life with minimum stress and maximum ease.
To facilitate this process, I obtained my training and certification in stress management by HeartMath, the leader in the stress management and resilience field. Thirty-five years ago, HeartMath’s researchers asked themselves: “What needs to happen in our body in order to be the best version of ourselves? They developed many techniques called “heart coherence”, which are the ones I teach.
HeartMath stress management techniques are those most recommended by stress management practitioners. Over the years, I have given many heart coherence workshops and training in schools, organizations and one-on-one coaching sessions resulting in lasting and significant benefits.
How do I Work
As your stress management coach and mentor, I will:
- Help you identify your sources of stress and energy drains;
- Help you gain greater self-awareness of how you are behaving and reacting;
- Teach you proven resilience techniques which will help you to go through your day with minimum stress and maximum ease;
- Guide you to integrate the techniques into your everyday practice; and
- Use the technique regularly, not simply in crisis.
